Client requested service work

Some work is billable. We endeavour to bill you clearly & fairly for these types of consulting and work and thank you for choosing IA design and development to enhance your shopping cart and online presence. This includes design consulting & work, seo consulting & work and custom development consutling & work. Once you submit your request, it will be assigned to the proper queue so the right employees can begin on it. Note that we said Queue. There may be other work already in Queue ahead of your request. We may require up to a week to analyze the request and then ask you for additional details. To speed this process along, please include as concisely as possibly but also with all the details needed as possible. Most work can then be completed with in a two week time frame. If you urgently need expedited work, we have an expdited rate that you will have to approve. All work expected to take over 1 hour of staff time will require not just written request via ticket but will also require a signed invoice or estimate to clearly note your approval of the fees or fee estimate. Payment Disputes over work rendered that was requested and/or authorized may result in termination of your overall services with IA Modules. Disputes mistakenly claimed that cause us to re-run the payment for that work will include a 10% surcharge to cover the cost of managing this type of issue. If you have a question, instead of submitting a dispute, please contact us and request the invoice or statment so we may clarify what various fees were for.

Cancellations / Refunds

Our 30 day refund policy, as described on your IA Modules Credit Card Authorization Agreement form, gives you the right to cancel and be refunded the initial Setup, initial Training and initial term of hosting service.We believe in and stand behind our products and services. Unlike others we DO include training and setup services in our 30 day guarantee! Services beyond those are not refundable and include, but are not limited to requested design services, additional hourly consulting, development services are not elidgeble for refund. Note that design and development service work, when requested via tickets/chats/calls will typically require an additional invoice be signed and faxed back to us.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted from your company data and website(s). On some site pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. Names, Addresses, Payment Details, Inventory Details, Order Details, and other details required to operate your online shopping carts that are sent from QuickBooks to the store and from the store to QuickBooks are deemed confidential between IA Modules and you, our client.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself to setup and manage your account. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to support your account or granted by you prior to requesting a contact with one of our partners.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with partners. For example, we may tell a partner that X number of clients visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of clients use Z services, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individual client accounts.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Our Hosting partner, RackSpace, has achieved the highest levels of security credentials and PCI compliance. Our commitment to Virtual Dedicated Servers for every client further shield and secure your data far better than shared hosting plans so common with our competitors. Our backup systems maintain automatic nightly backups of your data for 14 days. Should you cancel your account, your server will be decommissioned within 30 days or less and your data backups will be destroyed automatically within 14 days following server deletion. Our Virtual Dedicated Servers and shopping cart software are made to pass PCI standards and we encourage all merchants to contact us about adding PCI certificates and scans. Take advantage of our security partnerships with comanies like McAffee to obtain discounted rates on PCI certificates and scans.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can update your account details by faxing a new signed credit card authorization agreement form to us.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making adjustments to your hosting services.
