Installing the Program

To install the program, the installation file will be downloaded from the IA Modules web server. The installer will ask questions and configure the program in a folder called "iam" in the location of choice. This folder contains the entire program and everything it needs to run. Shortcuts will be placed on the Start menu to start and stop the program.

After the program is installed, the first "local sync" will be done, which copies all QB data into a database inside the program. Then that database is synchronized with the web server's database during the "offsite sync". The program makes sure that both the local and remote databases receive any changes.
